Social Media Management

Always-on social, run by a named team, measured on what it sells.

We run channels, not campaigns

Posting is the easy part. Keeping a brand distinctive across every platform, every day, while staying fast enough to catch culture, is the job. We take the whole thing: strategy, content production, community management, creators and paid amplification, from one in-house team you meet on day one and still have on day three hundred.

Social pays off when it connects to commercial reality. We build the plan around your retail calendar, your launches and your sales cycle, then report against outcomes rather than vanity metrics. Every month answers one question: what should we do differently next month?

Services

Always-On Channel Management

We own the feed. Annual strategy per brand, quarterly plans co-created with your team, then platform-native content published to a consistent cadence. Around 10–15% of every plan stays deliberately unfilled, so there's room to react when culture moves.

Content Production & Social Video

Short-form video, static, carousels, motion and copy, made in-house. Standard turnaround is six days from brief to delivered, brand-checked and built for the platform it's going on. Every hero asset is sweated into cut-downs, stills and Stories, so nothing has one life.

Community Management & Moderation

The frontline of brand experience. Daily sweeps across every channel in your brand voice, a two-hour response SLA, proactive engagement, sentiment tracking and weekend cover. Clear escalation from standard queries to complaints to anything that needs your team immediately.

Reactive Content & Cultural Moments

Trend to live in 24 hours, inside guardrails we agree in advance. Concept in the morning, your call by midday, published the same afternoon. Ready for culture, not brainstorming when it lands.

Creator & Influencer Partnerships

Creator content consistently outperforms brand-made content on the accounts we run. We source, brief, contract and measure creators from a vetted Irish network of over 1,000, then hold the work to the same performance standard as everything else.

Paid Amplification

Spend follows proof. Organic performance decides what gets boosted: only content beating the brand's rolling engagement benchmark earns budget. Paid then feeds back, telling us which hooks win at scale so the organic feed changes that week.

Measurement, Reporting & Governance

A live dashboard 24/7, a monthly insights report, a quarterly strategic review and an annual effectiveness report. We measure creative, media and community separately, and where you can share sales data, we work with our in-house data science team to link social activity to commercial outcome.

FAQ

  • 01

What's actually included in a social media management retainer?

Strategy, content planning, production, publishing, community management, monthly reporting and a named day-to-day team. Paid media, large-scale production and creator fees are scoped separately so you always know what you're buying.

  • 02

Who will we be dealing with day to day?

The people named in your proposal. We're 200+ in-house across eight offices, with no freelancers or subcontractors on retained accounts. Every role has a fully briefed second, so annual leave doesn't slow you down.

  • 03

Do we need to buy social management tools?

No. Our creative, AI and reporting stack is carried by GRANITE at no cost to you. If you already licence a scheduling or listening platform, we work inside it. If you don't, we recommend the best fit and pass it through at cost, with no agency markup.

  • 04

How do you prove social is working?

We report outputs monthly and judge ourselves on outcomes quarterly. Beyond platform reporting, we use media-mix modelling and incrementality testing to answer the question a CFO actually asks: did social move sales?
