Conor Buckley
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer Conor co-founded Granite in 2008 after a career in Cork's online travel sector, building it from four people into Ireland's largest independent digital agency. He has driven growth both organically and through acquisition. He was an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in 2025.02
Robert Carpenter
Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer Rob leads Granite's commercial functions including revenue growth, client relationships and new business since co-founding the agency in 2008. He has helped shape the acquisition programme that, alongside consistent organic growth, has taken Granite from a West Cork start-up to 200+ specialists across four continents, with 14 businesses brought into the group. Now based in New York, he leads the North American business.03
Jeorjina Tegel
Vice President, Client Strategy + Growth, North America With a background in both agency and in-house marketing, Jeorjina brings a practical understanding of what clients need from their agency partners and how strategy, creative and digital work can support broader business goals. As VP of Client Strategy & Growth, North America, she leads business development and client relationships across Granite's U.S. portfolio. She has particular expertise in legal and professional services, developed over more than 25 years working with organisations navigating complex brand, marketing and digital challenges.04
Seamus White
Co-Founder & Head of Digital Marketing Seamus co-founded Granite in 2008 and leads performance marketing, covering paid media, search and the measurement discipline behind it. He has been part of the leadership team through every stage of the agency's growth from a four-person start-up to a 200-person international group.05
Charlyne Fabi
Executive Creative Director, North America With more than 30 years in design and advertising, Charlyne is an award-winning designer who has led brand and creative work across industries, from major rebrands and mergers to campaigns and digital experiences. She holds both a BFA and an MBA, giving her an uncommon combination of design and business perspective. As Executive Creative Director, North America, Charlyne leads Granite's U.S. creative offering, grounding brand and creative direction in business strategy. She brings clarity, simplicity and elegance to complex ideas, creating brands and experiences that deliver results.06
Ivan Adriel
Vice President, Strategy Ivan leads growth and strategy at Granite, covering business development, new service propositions and client acquisition. He joined through Granite's acquisition of creative agency Connector, where he was CEO, and has worked with brands including Volkswagen, Sony Mobile, L'Oréal, Nike and Lyft. He holds master's degrees in Digital Innovation Management from Hyper Island and Sustainability, and is a Cannes Lions Masters of Creativity alumnus. He is also a published author, contributing a chapter to Understanding Social Media (Kogan Page). His work has received 29 industry awards, including recognition from the Shorty Awards, Content Marketing Awards, DMAs and Spiders.07
Andy Lynch
Vice President, AI & Technology Andy leads Granite's technology team, responsible for the technical delivery of client platforms and builds across the group. He specialises in AI, data and advanced technologies, bringing that capability into how Granite designs and engineers solutions for clients. He is a long-standing member of the Granite leadership team.
