The Role:
Web developer(design skills an advantage) required to build, maintain and support websites and web applications.
You will be asked to liaise with clients, work out requirements, design, build, test and publish new websites, rebuild others and do it all with a smile. This is a role for someone that can manage a web project from an idea in a clients head to a beautiful, functional site.
You?
- You will have at least 3 years experience working in a web design/development role.
- You will be ambitious and energetic.
- You will be a cut above the rest.
- You will be educated to degree level or have enough experience to perform this role.
- You will be able to work on your own initiative.
- You will be an open, honest person who can take constructive criticism and will give feedback in the same way.
- You will get on well with people. We are building a team and a company.
- You will not be afraid of hard work nor to get your hands dirty.
- You will continue to learn new and varied skills.
- You will have a sense of humour.
- You will be professional. We often work on client sites. You will represent the company.
- You will be able to build web applications using PHP, CSS, SQL, XML HTML, Web Services, JavaScript and AJAX without getting out of first gear.
- If you know Google Analytics or Google Website Optimizer it would help.
- If you have worked on SEO that would help too.
- Experience managing a Google Adwords Campaign would also help
- Knowing Joomla! That too.
